[EN] 🌱 How I love surprises! When you get to a place you didn't plan to and it's delicious! 🙂
🥑 We were recently in Warsaw, Poland, the evening was cold and we had an hour to eat. And here Veganda Bar appears before our eyes🌱 The place is full but there is a free table for two. This must be a sign! We don't have much time, so we decide to order Pho soup, hoping that it will warm us up. The place is small, cozy, the service is very nice 🙂
🫛 And Pho? Sweet, salty, sour. With chili flakes that added a pleasant spiciness. The aroma of soy sauce is clearly noticeable. Rice noodles are springy, perfectly cooked al dente. The whole thing was enriched by the addition of fresh herbs, especially the refreshing mint that pleasantly twisted the taste. Mushrooms in a sweet marinade are some kind of heaven 💚 Thin slices of breaded tofu were great, for because they tasted like an frying oil from cheap street food. And please, take that as a compliment. 🙂 Because I love this flavor and it fits here incredibly well.
🧅 I dropped in by accident for a moment, and left satisfied for a long time. 👍🏻

🥑 Byliśmy ostatnio w Warszawie, wieczór był chłodny a my mieliśmy godzinę na jedzenie. I tu przed naszymi oczami wyrasta Veganda Bar🌱 Lokal jest pełen ale akurat jest wolny stolik dla dwóch osób. To musi być znak! Czasu niewiele, więc decydujemy się na zupę Pho, licząc że przyjemnie nas rozgrzeje. Zapowiada się dobrze. Lokal jest mały, przytulny, obsługa przemiła 🙂
🫛 A Pho? Słodko, słono, kwaśne. Przyjemnej ostrości dodają natomiast płatki chili. Wyraźnie wyczuwalny aromat sosu sojowego. Makaron ryżowy sprężysty, idealnie ugotowany al dente. Całość ubogacił dodatek świeżych ziół, zwłaszcza orzeźwiająca mięta przyjemnie przełamywała smak. Grzyby w słodkiej marynacie to jakaś bajka. 💚 Do tego cieniutkie plasterki tofu w panierce. Daj mnie super, bo smakowały taką oleistą fryturą rodem z lat 90'. I to proszę traktować jako komplement. 🙂 Bo ten smak uwielbiam i tu pasował niezwykle.
🧅 Wpadłem przypadkowo na chwilę, wyszedłem zadowolony na długo. 👍🏻
