Phad Thai

A little bit oily, but flavorful and satisfying. A reasonable price for dinner at Central as well.

The class rice noodle dish. We ordered the veggie version which came with tofu, roast peanut, and sweet tamarind. We asked for no egg but I don’t even think they put egg in this version. Part of their all-you-can-eat brunch menu.
