Had this pretty looking piece of cake in Rennes. The coconut and purple sweet potato
combo works really well in my opinion! The texture is rather moist and chewy, which I enjoyed, but bringing a bit of contrast with something crunchy (chunks of pecan nuts?) might take this to another level 😋 Slightly too sweet for my liking, but an interesting and original cake that’s for sure 🥥🍠
