Peruvian tofu sandwich is pretty great! Peruvian dry-rub fried tofu stacked on avocado with red onion and greens smothered with a jalapeno cilantro aioli on a toasted multigrain Tilaro's roll. Now completely vegan. The tofu done to perfection, the red onion semi sweet but punchy. The sauce is creamy and gives it and extra layer!
