This was a collaboration between Norah and Utopian Artisan Cheeses for the Circle V Portland Vegan Food & Drink Festival, which benefitted Equitable Giving Circle and Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition. These three bites were packed with a variety of delicious flavor contrasts.
(1) Herbed cream 🧀, pickle papaya, and Thai soy curl sausage on black seaweed crackers
(2) Red curry 🧀, pickle beet, and marinated scallion tofu on black seaweed crackers
(3) Gochujang & seaweed 🧀, oyster 🍄🟫 satay, 🥜 sauce, pickle Persian 🥒, and 🥜 sauce on black seaweed crackers
