Pepita Tofu Scramble

I’ve been eating this dish for over a decade and it’s still my all-time fav scramble. Their veggies are awesome and the Pepita sauce is the best! Love that it comes with toast and potatoes too.

So delicious! I always order the sour dough toast with this and it is so yummy to dip in the pumpkin seed pesto. Love the kale in it and the sweet potatoes! RECOMMEND. #mercyforanimals
