Delicious. Peanut butter mixed with soy and coconut nice creams. The cup says 100% compostable, the lid says just compostable, I hope they're both fully so. Got this free after a number of visits playing into NLBs rewards program. The ecofriendly packaging is why I keep giving them my money. The food is good, just overpriced. Yet still some of the cheapest plant based takeout in Portland. This medium sized shake is about 8, wouldnt pay for it.
