This Quinoa & Avocado salad tastes so fresh and refreshing: juicy, sour raspberries balancing out

the fatty, creaming taste of the avocado; all ingredients are chopped up into bite-size portions, making the meal super light and digestible (in fact, I would not hesitate to categorise it as a side dish!); the gluten-intolerant-friendly quinoa is a good source of vegan protein & ALL nine of your indispensable amino acids (lysine, methionine, leucine, tryptophan, valine, isoleucine, histidine, phenylalanine, &threonine); the plating is also Super delicate-looking & appetising (looks almost ‘too pretty to eat’!) ... The only thing that I think could be improved is the portion — ~SGD$15 for a salad about the size of a palm is, to me, probably not the most cost-effective dish despite its nutritional values. Overall, I think the dish makes a good occasional treat!
