Topped with house-made guasacaca, a zesty, herby, creamy green sauce made with fresh cilantro, peppers, and a blend of seasonings, and creamy, bold 🌱-based house-made garlic mayo. With a richly flavorful mix of ingredients in the filling and crispy fried plantains replacing the bread, this was one-of-a-kind delicious and fun.
