Lol the name! 😅 This was a really unconventional #pasta, the #taglioni were unbelievably chewy,
almost shirataki-like in texture 😬 The crew attributed this to the #charcoal activation, but I wasn't sure 😅 The #dill #hollandaise sauce had a light aftertaste that I didn't fully appreciate. Alas, the best parts were the #asparagus and the #fakemeat #shrimp 😋 Both were wonderful.
