Pasta Puttanesca (Veganized)

The chef was delightful and super happy to whip me up this vegan pasta 🍝 It was thoroughly enjoyable. I was incredibly relieved to finally have a vegan meal in Dullstroom after becoming quite despondent with lack of vegan offerings.
