Passionfruit Cheesecake

Absolutely delicious! But if I had to choose between this and the strawberry one, it’d be strawberry all the way. All the seeds detracted a little bit from the creamy texture of the cheesecake, but that’s part of the fun of eating anything with passion fruit isn’t it? :D
