Pandan Coconut Pudding Cake

Wasn’t really feeling the texture & the flavour of this cake 😕 that green glossy part has a pretty firm&jelly-like texture which is weird when paired w the sponge cake layer

I was only convinced to try this because the waiter told me that Pandan Coconut Pudding is an all-new cake flavour they just rolled out... and the fact that it was cheaper than the rest xD (I didn't feel particularly generous that day). AND I was disappointed. The sponge layers tasted dry and were a bit dense, while the gelatinous pandan layers were not as good as I thought they'd be. But perhaps it's just the type of cake that doesn't rock my boat. I mean, you could like it. Your sister might like it too, but your brother might not. We all have different tastes 😆 after all. But I'm just stating the facts as shown above. Rating: 6/10
