These Pancake Tacos are delicious! I absolutely love their scramble and it's topped with bacun. The side salad as always is refreshing and perfect. Their meals are large portions yet healthy so you feel that right kind of full that has you feeling satisfied without the stomachache!

This is one of the most unique and different but absolutely delicious breakfast dishes I've ever had. I ate the entire plate while laughing and catching up with a good friend.😊 This plate had three corn tortillas coated and toasted with french toast batter, cashew scallion cream cheeze, #tofu scramble, maple-dojo aioli sauce, and smokey coconut bacon. I chose the ranch 🥗 salad as my side, and I know I say it every review, but it's the best. It's so simple and delicious. This dish was a combination of both sweet and savory and the maple dojo is good and unique. I don't even know how to describe it. The #coconut bacon also added a nice little crunchy texture. This large dish was $15, and again a great value and price for great quality food and the size.
