Pad Thai

This was the girlfriend's order so I only took a little nibble at it. But enough to say that I didn't think it quite had the char/aroma that I like in my #padthai, but that it certainly didn't want for fresh ingredients 🙂 It came all segregated; the picture above was after a couple of big stirs 😅

Lovely Pad Thai. I wouldn't buy it again though as Pad Thai is easily made vegan and muuch cheaper in other places in Chiang Mai. However: nice and flavourful and always great to support vegan places of course 😊 loved their other veganaised dishes more! #greyton

Really great dish! They add some kind of mushroom which is nice. Good size. Definitely recommend.
