Questo piatto mi è piaciuto davvero tantissimo! Ottima la crema di carote, dolce, ma non stucchevole, con un retrogusto di limone e mandorle. Il tutto accompagnato da una crema di asparagi che bilanciava la sapidita'. È piaciuto anche al mio ragazzo che odia le carote cotte! #paccheri #carote #asparagus I really enjoyed this dish!
