I’m a kpop fan, and I recently traveled to Overflo (located at The Source in
Buena Park) to attend a kpop cupsleeve event. To be clear, this place is overwhelmingly non-vegan, so at the time it seemed like my only options for ordering were either drinks or this tofu k-bop. According to the menu, the tofu k-bop is made with tofu, noodles, rice, and lettuce; however, I’m not sure the dish is (without modifications) vegan. I asked the staff if there were any non-vegan ingredients in the food, and they just told me that they’d make it vegan. To be safe, I would ask the staff about it if you come. I normally wouldn’t go to The Source if not for the kpop stores and events, as there are little to no vegan options at any of the restaurants. However, if you are in the area for any reason and need something to eat, then this would probably be your best bet. At least it’s super tasty! #veganisnotscary 11/90
