This was definitely the most daring vegan Reuben I’ve ever tried. The “meat” is
made of beets that they’ve smoked. They have a really nice smoky flavor, but when it comes down to it, you can still tel you’re eating a LOT of beets. Definitely only get this if you’re a beet lover. Not the best vegan Reuben I’ve had, but I was impressed at the creativity.
