Osmanthus Pear Sorbet

It’s too sweet for my liking but it’s an interesting flavor. The pear stands out but I wished the osmanthus could’ve been more “umpf” since I went for this instead of my og dark choc choice bc I was hoping to taste more of the osmanthus. Sweetness stacked up towards the end but I managed to finish it. It’s a good try!

This was an absolute delight to have! You can taste both the osmanthus, oolong and pear that is made in collaboration with grypohon tea group. It’s refreshing and light on the palate! 😍😍😍
