I thought the burger was quite mediocre. The beyond burger patty was too salty and
juicy for my liking, and the vegan mustard tasted a little out of place being paired with the burger, seeing that there was no vegan “cheese” that came with it. Even the burger bun was very average to me. I had high hopes for this burger but wasn’t very impressed with it. However, the staff are considerate toward vegan versions of dishes, so you won’t have to worry about cutting out some ingredients completely because they have a vegan version of this burger. It did come with truffle fries too, which were crispy and not too oily, which is a plus! 🥳
This was $21++ and is also an option in their $30++ set lunch menu which
comes with a drink, starter (salad/soup), main and dessert (add $1.50 for vegan coconut ice cream on apple crumble). This burger uses Beyond patty and they did it quite well. I didn't feel the beefy smell was overpowering but if it was still a very, very convincing beef burger (had a non-vegan friend who also ate the same thing). The vegan cheese was melted just right!! Loved that part. The truffle fries were also great
This burger was really delicious, and was easy to make vegan. I shared it with
my mom and she really enjoyed it (she’s not vegan). The one thing that I wish was improved were the fries because I though truffle fries would have some truffle but this one only had truffle oil. For $21 I feel like it should have truffle too!
Asked for the vegan version (it’s the cheese I think). First time having the beyond
patty in a burger, usually its the impossible patty. Definitely a difference in taste but still yummy nonetheless.
It was an okay burger, not very impressive nor memorable, but pleasant :) truffle fries
were fragrant and tasty, but slightly on the harder side. Pretty pricey for a burger, would be great if the bun was "sturdier". Happy to have tried tho :)
Nice burger, tastes very meaty, so avoid if you don't like the taste of meat
