I meant just to get some CNY biscuits from this café, but then I saw this on the menu and thought, sambil menyelam minum air 😊 (That's in Malay because it's the only language I speak where the equivalent expression to "killing two birds with one stone" doesn't involve shooting, catching, or snaring animals. Would love to know similar expressions in other languages! 😀)
Anyway, the #applepie (more like a puff!) was one of the better vegan pastries I've had in KL 🙂 Firm, fragrant pastry with a nicely spiced apple core topped with some crushed nuts (either walnut or pecan can't be sure). Granules of sugar on top for taste and texture. Exquisite. 😋👏
