Satay Chick’n Bowl

The texture is excellent, it’s not really like what I recall chicken was like, but that’s what I like most about it. It’s something creative! It’s presented beautifully, the satay sauce is amazing and it’s the perfect size for one person. This dish is a favourite of mine.
