The Vegetarian Mix is a combination of hummus, baba ganouj, grape leaves, and Greek salad with falafel. I could eat my weight in Hummus!! Garbanzo beans mixed with tahini, lemon juice, fresh garlic, and then topped with cayenne pepper, parsley, and olive oil. Oh my!! I've had many Baba Ganouj appetizers, but this one is my favorite! It has chunky fire-roasted eggplant with tahini, garlic and lemon juice. Irresistibly delicious! The Grape Leaves are stuffed with a mixture of rice, tomatoes, fresh dill, mint, and lemon. It is savory with a hint of tartness from the grape leaves and lemon. Greek Salad is so fresh, crunchy, and simple. It consists of juicy tomatoes, baby cucumber slices, fresh romaine lettuce, kalamata olives and a pepperoncini pepper, and it's topped with a homemade vinaigrette dressing. Oh, and the Deep-Fried Falafel tastes aHHmazing! I give this platter 10 stars!! 🤩
