There are many tempting dishes on the menu that is not vegan or vegetarian but

when I saw Natto Bean Stew, I decided to give it a try because I had read about how nutritious Natto is, which is an excellent source of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. It turned out super delicious and came bubbling hot. Mildly spicy with green chilies, onions, soft tofu, spring onions and lots of natto beans. The soup base is filled with the taste of stewed natto beans which is delicious and comforting.
