I love the hippie chick burger. It's made with chickpeas and beans. It has an

BBQ basted housemade seitan āVickenā patty with grilled pineapple, queso, garnished with lettuce, red onion,
tomato, pickles, topped with grilled jalapenos and BBQ sauce.
The Vicken was actually pieces of seitan rather than a whole patty but had a nice texture, the few shredded of grated cheese was barely noticeable and the pickles are always missing.
A flavourful and filling meal though, would order it again.
