This consisted of a house-made patty (wild/brown rice, mushrooms and leeks), house-made tempeh bacon, vegan
swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, and vegan mayo on a sesame seed bun. This was terrific. To quote Off the Griddle, their burgers are “not trying to be meat; they’re better than meat.” We wholeheartedly agree. Served with a flavorful horseradish slaw.
