This was another dish I got from Oats Day Long in Antwerp. I wasn’t really
a fan of this one to be honest and I found it quite unimaginative. Although I appreciate that the bread is made from oat-seed, so perhaps it was a little bit different to what I was expecting.
I think it would be better if the bread was toasted and the tomatoes were also warm. It felt like something you would make quickly at home. #belgium #veganbelgium #avocado
