Vegan scramble eggs
Aaaaaah, how nice is it to come out on the weekend, drive away
and celebrate Eastern under the sun of Portugal's!
At the right time at the right place.
So I hurried, totally starved and full of anticipation, into the "Xexexe", as I had an appetite for scrambled (tofu) eggs, Fakon (vegan bacon) with salad.
No sooner arrived in the "Xexexe", I expressed my wish dish, which was not on the menu. But the dear guys fulfilled my easter wish! It was like heaven!
Finally, a delicious soy latte macchiato and the world is perfect!
Blessedly peaceful and with a full tummy I went very satisfied my way.
If you are near Caparica (near Lisbon), you should definitely stop by.
