Nutmeg Juice

Got to give it to them for the unbelievably fetching #iceart - shaped like a #rose and adorning something the colour of #nutmeg, the unofficial state spice of Penang 🙂 The actual beverage, you ask? A bit too watered down, a bit #toohealthy 😂

I absolutely love #nutmeg juice 🥤 When I first moved to Penang, locals would compare it to Ribena and it absolutely does taste similar! Of course the #juice of the flesh of the fruit by itself is super acidic so it does come with a tonne of sugar. Lovely treat though and absolutely quintessential to try in #penang 🏝️ #penangvegan #veganisnotscary
