This is one of their limited time #specials, though there’s no indication of how long it’ll be around. Honestly, for S$10.90 this was a pretty good meal. You get quite a lot of yellow noodles that you can swap out for other noodles if you want, 3 pieces of #ngohhiang / #lorbak, and a pretty large #veganshrimp dumpling 🥟 There was a lot of vegetables in the broth too, though admitted lacking in variety with just #taugeh and #bokchoy present 🥬 The broth is only just slightly thinner than your typical #lormee almost mimicking a herbal soup from afar. The flavour though was really good with sweet notes from the inclusion of #gojiberries and a pleasant umami base from the bai ling #mushrooms 🍄 If you’re interested in the actual ingredients per the menu they actually list it out as so: - Yellow Noodles (Default) - Handmade Ngoh Hiang 手工自制五香卷 - Golden Shrimp Dumpling 明虾饺 - Xiao Bai Cai 小白菜 - Bai Ling Mushroom 白灵菇 - Tau Kee 豆皮丝 They also include a couple #deathbyplastic saucers of #sambal and #vinegar in spite of it being a dine in dish 🙄 so it definitely loses points for sustainability but otherwise, it’s at least a well-priced & good-tasting meal 🤷‍♀️
