One of the nicest toasted sandwiches that is also healthy that Ive had recently. Sourdough
bread toasted. Smokey tempeh bac'on, cashew cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, avo aioli drizzle, onion.
This was very tasty. I would’ve liked there to have been more tempeh and I

It was a little smaller than the last time I had it but the ingredients
were fresh and tasty and the sourdough divine! Loved the tempeh bacon.
Such a lovely spot and great menu.
The best tasting tempeh I’ve had. A sandwich filled with “bacon”- tempeh, lettuce, tomato and
smashed avo. My favorite bread related meal on the menu for sure!
Classic flavours of BLT but for the price, there really wasn’t much tempeh which considering
the rest is tomato, lettuce and bread isn’t great. The cashew cheese spread was nice.
But ultimately, overpriced.
Scrumptious! The cashew nut cream cheese is perfect with the smokey tempeh, we had this
on sourdough, you can choose 70% rye or gluten-free!
Mostly just tasted like unflavoured tempeh for me. Didn’t really get much from the avo
or mayo and bread was a bit hard. Felt that it was overpriced. But like the concept of a tempeh bacon
Really like this Tempe on the sandwich- the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Overall one
of my favorites on the menu
