to an actual salmon carpaccio was crazy! it’s definitely thanks to the lovely dressing this carpaccio comes with, and on top of that the amazing consistency that this plant-based salmon has. È impressionante, come mangiare un carpaccio di salmone ma senza che nessun salmone abbia sofferto!

Inoltre con i condimenti che mettono è ancora più buono del carpaccio di pesce. Provare per credere.

Andare da Nori way è sempre una festa- qualsiasi piatto e’ una bomba di sapore.
