Visch Baguette

The vegan fish tasted a little bit bland but it was crispy and the inside looks very real (super white). Apparently the Remoulade is now also vegan. The bread was nice and crunchy.

It tastes surprisingly fish like and the texture is also close. I'm not sure if I would notice the difference. I found it a bit disgusting.
