I love this place because although it’s not vegan, they have many clearly labelled vegan
options, including this cake! It’s so hard to find vegan desserts in Vietnam (it’s usually only fruit, sorbet, or fried banana) so this cake made me super happy. It’s gluten-free and served with coconut cream, peanuts, and shredded coconut. It’s served warm and is incredibly satisfying without being extremely sweet.
