This bowl was the show stopper of the meal! This large noodle salad bowl is pretty customizable as well. The base is all #vegan and you have the option to choose your #protein so #Tofu for the win!💪🏻 It comes with cold vermicelli noodles (thin ricer noodles), fresh lettuce, mint leaves, large slices of cucumber, pickled carrot shavings, daikon and crushed peanuts. It also comes with a side of sweet dressing. It also had a very generous serving of marinated tofu.
I loved all the beautiful colors and fresh veggies. Aesthetically, this bowl was really pleasing to the eye and camera! Haha, I think the people sitting behind me were laughing about my photoshoot. 📸 I really loved the different combinations of textures from the noodles to the tofu and the fresh pickled veggies, which gave it a nice kick. I opted for no jalapeño 🔥🧯
This was, overall, such a great dining experience. If you're looking for an easy casual but still somewhat cozy date night stop, this is totally it!
