Really liked it. The wasabi elevated the dish and it was nicely balanced, not pungent.

This is $7.90, the cheapest burger on the menu. It is still quite expensive considering

it is just the cost of the burger. After adding a side and drink, it can be almost $20. It is expensive, but can be justified by their quality ingredients and mouth-watering burgers.

This is my go-to order. I love the taste of the mayo mixed with wasabi, salty with a little tingle of the wasabi. In fact, this was the burger that introduced me to the world of wasabi mayo and I‘ve started making similar sauce everytime I make a burger at home.

As for the patty, it is delicious. I love the texture and crispiness of it. It is a little on a tougher side, but mixed with the wasabi mayo and it is such a great combination. A negative side of it, though, is that the patty is too thin (as seen in the cross section of the burger). It seems like even the lettuce is thicker than the patty! I would have liked it if the patty was made to be thicker so I can taste more of it.

The bun is soft and fluffy, and the lettuce is crunchy even after the drive back to my house.

I love this burger and would eat it every day if I could. But the price is a little steep, so i can only eat it on special occasions. I also love that they are fully vegan so I can choose anything on the menu without any worries!
If you can choose only one item from this menu (and enjoy wasabi), choose this!

Day 12 of #veganisnotscary

Ordered from Nomvnom the other day as they had a free delicery promo via MakanGuru

app (which came 1.5 hours later). Hence burger had gone cold when arrived. I reheated this in an airfryer for a couple of minutes which fortunately did not really compromised the taste of the burger. In facr, it has become one of my top favourites due to the wasabi mayo. I am a big fan of pungent, spicy food and the wasabi mayo brings out the entire essence of it! The only gripe was then I didnt order a double patty. Would probably try this again while i head down to the Bistro sometime soon. (hope they will still have it!)

The wasabi flavour wasn't intense at first bite but really came through afterwards according to

my hubby who got a wasabi kick from this burger. Burger was a lot smaller than what was depicted in the menu picture.

I tried this place with a friend over the weekend.

I ordered a crispy fish

wasabi burger set meal complete with sweet potato fries and Mugi soy boba tea (ordered without boba). It was quite pricey, rounding up to almost $20 dollars.

The ‘fish’ burger was a tad disappointing. The patty was a little dry and flat. The bun and lettuce were larger than it.

I did enjoy the fresh lettuce and wasabi, though. The lettuce looks so alive and vibrant. It’s not those you find in some fast food restaurants that felt like it was left in the back of the fridge for a few months before it was discovered and then served in your burger to make it more ‘healthy’.

In summary, I’d say the highlight of the meal was definitely the sweet potato fries and soy boba tea (which I absolutely love).

I’d go back to the place just for its fries and boba next time.

P.S Really appreciate them using biodegradeable plastic for their beverages.
