Tai seng is becoming another vegan haven on the island with more and more vegan

and vego eateries popping up, Nomvnom being one of the first few to open here. This noodle bowl was pho-king spectacular. The creamy broth made with bamnut milk was a brilliant idea. Bursting with flavour from the different herbs, spices and chilli.

The broth is thick, creamy and tasty. The fried veggie bits adds a nice aroma

to the soup. Noodles are chewy and smooth too.
