Amazing is the perfect description for these orbs of faux cheesey goodness.
The deep-fried Mac n' Cheeze sphere is rich and delicious, accompanied by some light veg and a decedent sauce. These are the perfect thing to serve to non-vegan friends to show them that we don't all just eat salad and you don't have to sacrifice flavor for compassion.
