has to be one of the most flagrant broths I have ever had in an Asian soup! Flavours are super well balanced, the noodles are delicious, and oh boy these veggies on the top are just what is needed to make this dish a 10 out of 10! 🍜🥬
The serving is juste right for me : I felt full after this comforting soup but did not heavy at all!

the tofu I asked to add! I think the restaurant is overrated (since there was a big queue to enter) but good prices!

with my noodles but really it’s that the broth was made with 17 types veggies; the dish itself was a bit low on veggies. Thats on me and my bad French. Regardless, it was a yummy soup. The ramen was springy, and I enjoyed the addition of crispy lotus roots too.
Not vegan, but Neko ramen has a couple of vegan-friendly options. Few starters, a ramen, and a curry. Staff are friendly and it’s a nice place.
over 10 hours and that it is made of 17 vegetables. It tasted delicious. The other ingredients were some fresh leaves (mint and maybe coriander), spring onion, roasted lotus root, one bamboo shoot, a piece of pumpkin and walnuts. And i asked for extra tofu. I didn't really enjoy the walnuts in this but except for that it was super good.
