Spinach is a must have dish for vegetarians to replenish iron essential for red blood

cells which supports oxygen movement & DNA repair, plus Vitamin K. My favourite version of spinach is in soup stock. It retains the freshness of the spinach & the soup soaks up all the properties of the spinach. Nature Veg does this dish well with mini bits of tang gui (herb great for the spleen) and goji berries. The mushroom adds colour and bite. It makes a very simple dish with light herbal taste. It may be bland for those who like spicy kicks. Soup loving friends will fall in love with this. This is always on my order list.
