Great take on koran bibimbap in a stone pot that retains the heat & keeps

the rice sizzling. Love the crackly burnt rice at the base. The sweet chillie sauce, spicy kimchi & sweet savoury dark sauce is a perfect combination when mixed through the rice and veggies. The medley of veggies is a great variety of tasye & texture, including corn, seaweed, cucumber, purple cabbage and mushrooms. The mock eel fish is a soy bean curd with seaweed.a very robust meal. Great for dine in.

I love this so much! This is reminiscent of the one in Boneless Kitchen before

they rebranded back in the early 2010s (I haven't ate it since, so I'm not sure if it's still up to standard). This is amazing. #veganisnotscary
