time I’ve order it the past six months or so it’s been dry and flavorless. I asked the person working last time what the difference was and she offered me a side of the sauce but it was basically just unflavored oil so if that’s what they’re using for hot sauce it’s no wonder it’s flavorless. Very disappointing because it was really so delicious before. The texture of the sandwich is still nice so maybe if I took it home I could doctor it up to make something good but usually when I order here it’s because I’m starving and not going home any time soon. I upgraded to a pretzel bun for $1 more
crunchy, tangy slaw, and a lightly spicy but very flavorful patty. However, this time I found a very long hair tangled in the slaw when I was already about a third of the way through eating. I was nauseated and unable to take another bite. As I had ordered to go and was an hour away from the restaurant when I discovered this I couldn’t ask them to remake the sandwich for me.
the same spice as usual but it was a touch dry so I am not sure if they changed to a dry spice rub instead of hot sauce or what. Needed a bit more mayo in the slaw maybe but still very good.

It’s a really great sweet/spicy flavor. I ordered with no pickles and still got pickles (which I detest) but the slaw helped mask the flavor of that. Highly recommend but beware: it’s messy!
once knew and loved. I don’t know what’s changed about it but it’s dry and flavorless lately. I’ve asked the staff but they said nothing has changed. I wish they’d make it like they used to because omg it was so freaking good!!!! Still a decent chicken sandwich but very plain tasting now.
different than in the past. It’s drier and sicker than it used to be. It’s not bad but it definitely needs more mayo so I’ll be sure to ask for extra next time.
