Native Beans And Potato Chili Taco Rice

This dish is quite simple but super tasty and filling. The bean mixture is flavourful but not super spicy. The brown rice is filling, and the combo of veggies with the sauce is all a great combination of flavours and textures. It was a cold day and this really warmed me up!
