Not quite the same experience as walking up to a #malay stall and putting delectable cruelties on your #nasicampur plate, but this finely presented lot of delicacies will do nicely 👌
The brown #rice is a RM2 add-on but the RM23 base option includes sides of fried #tempeh, #sambal #aubergine (😋😋), #bamboo strips, #okra, and of course the #masaklemak with bits of fake #chicken and root vegetables floating about. The aubergine and the #curry were standouts; really, #hailsantan 🙌
It was remarked that finding vegan Malay food is really rare/hard; most of the vegan options in town are Indian, Chinese, or "mat salleh". Happy to see these guys blaze that trail! 😚
