Anywhoooo, Mango Sticky Rice is heavenly. This one was no different. I liked it !! The mango was Sweeeeeeet :) and rice was sticky for sure. That alone made a sweet combination in your mouth when mixed with sweet coconut milk.
But ... the peanuts. Oooh, the peanuts. This was the first time I had peanuts with Mango Sticky Rice and oh boy, it worked. The crunchiness complimented the softness of the mango and the rice. Absolutely fantastic !
