ring this up as a brownie or a cookie? It turns out, there’s a 3rd category for such treats! Given the shape, I would go brownie. Anyways, this is rich and thick and yummy. The sweetness comes from the oreo middle—the top/bottom layers are less sweet. This is very good! 🍪
