Delicious vegan breakfast! This time I swapped out the patty for mushrooms! Would love to see this as an option that brings down the price a little :)

Very impressed with this original vegan breakfast of sourdough toast, a choice of Naked Leaf patty, wilted spinach, baby tomatoes, pesto and avo.
