Mysore Masala Thosai

Favourite dish of the evening! This #thosai was super filling - a mildly #spicy potato filling. Honestly, I don't have much clue beyond that what the filling was, but it was extremely tasty! Looking forward to coming back here sometime - lots of great options for vegans!
