A strong contender to a classic dish - Fish and Chips. The fried palm hearts

were light, crispy and fishy. It was served with hot, crispy fries, sweet potato chips and a vegan tartare sauce, which was the right amount of tang and creaminess. The portion was a bit much for me but shouldn’t be a problem if you’re a big eater or are planning on sharing the dish.
