Mutton Noodle Soup

I dunno why I missed this dish for so long. I’m not a fan of soup noodles but this one’s something I wouldn’t regret trying. Usually comes with a thick noodles but I requested to replace with bee hoon instead. And FYI, this is vegan by default.

🌟REVIEW 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣🌟 MY COVETED 2000th REVIEW!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I read about this place being vegan-friendly, they don't appear to have a vegan menu but the food can be veganized. This meal is vegan by default. It cost $10.80, bit pricey for a bowl of noodles but I felt that the quality was there. Yellow noodles in a thick broth that has lots of herbs and spices. It's on the spicy side, can taste ginger, and onions on top that Chinese veg stalls don't have. There were fresh greens and the main ingredient was the mock mutton. Awesome taste and texture that didn't feel artificial at all. I believe they make their own mock meats. This felt #cookedwithlove . Their menu has a wide variety of cuisines including western food, this dish def feels like a fusion. I'd like to come back for more in future. 🍜
